Strength Training Class is Back!
We took a little break, but now we have returned to this fun and challenging class.
What: The class contains research-based exercises shown to be helpful for sport and running. The class is time-based, thus you can go as fast or as slow as you feel comfortable.
Who: All levels and ages welcome!
When: Wednesdays at 5pm and Thursdays at 12pm
