Happy Bladder Food

…and again the list can go on.  

Just like knowing what Irritates the Bladder, knowing what soothes it is important. Take this information and evaluate your diet.  Some changes may need to be made or can you give yourself a high five?!

The good news is that there are quite a few non-irritating bladder foods out there. Here are a few listed below:

  • Bread 

  • Pears

  • Bananas

  • Lean proteins

  • Eggs

  • Nuts

  • Watermelon

  • Papaya

  • Potatoes
